It Starts With A Little Love
I love granolas, but the store bought ones are always too sweet for my liking and it usually contained preservatives. In all honesty, they also sometimes contained ingredients which I didn’t quite fancy.
Out of curiosity, I wondered if I could make my own granolas. So I researched, found a basic granola recipe and modified it to add ingredients that I liked. I made a big batch, kept some for myself and packed up the extras for my family and friends. To my surprise, everyone loved it! They requested me to bake my granolas again, so I made more, and the orders started coming in. That is how Bakerchefster was born.
We have the Crazy Cranberry Nut Granola, Pandan Gula Melaka Granola, Dark Dark Chocolate Granola, Spicy Sea Salt Granola and Date Nut Pistachio Granola, all with 3 levels of sweetness, i.e. Regular sweet option, less sweet option or the Stevia option.
It can be eaten on its own as snacks, with milk or yogurt, as overnight oats or as your favorite bread or ice cream topping. Either way, it is always delicious.

Dark Dark Chocolate Granola
The perfect combination of rolled oats with generous amounts of seeds and nuts with dark chocolate chips can never fail. This one here is my personal favourite.
Spicy Seasalt Granola
This combination of rolled oats with cashewnuts and garlic flakes is the bomb. Best eaten as a snack for its spicy salty kick.
Date Nut Pistachio Granola
The perfect combination of rolled oats and generous amounts of seeds, almonds and PISTACHIOS…Yes u read that right! Topped with chewy plump dates that explodes into warm earthy flavors.
